The Allam Story

We’ve helped thousands of customers find a new home.

Our history spans 30 years and during that time we’ve helped thousands of customers find a new home, with estates spread across many popular locations.

That has included spreading our wings to the Central Coast, Hunter Valley and South Coast and we’ve come to know
our markets inside out, helping us to create great communities. It’s a history we are happy to share with you and to acknowledge the great support of our in-house teams and our experienced and valued suppliers.

We’ve got lots of future plans and that includes always improving our range of homes, building in the most sought-after locations and providing inclusions and options to suit a wide range of lifestyle needs and budgets.

Buying a new home can be life changing. It must be a positive, easy, and, above all, secure experience. We’ve built Allam’s success on the solid foundations of open communication, reliability, and skill.

Barney Allam OAM and his immediate family have been part of the local community since 1972 and during that time they have always supported the Penrith Panthers.

Barney’s memories of the team includes the 2003 Grand Final when Scott Sattler tackled Todd Byrne.

A lock running down a winger creating one of the greatest memories of all time. And the 1991 Grand Final at the Sydney Football Stadium with 40,000 people the Panthers, in the second half came from behind for a hard fought win.

Allam’s sponsorship is now an essential element of the groups culture that runs through the whole business and for many reasons. Rugby league and supporting the local community are strong passions in both the Allam family and
the business. The majority of employees are Panthers fans, looking forward to sharing in the success of the team now and in the future.

For Barney Allam OAM, the aim has always been to help nourish the business with inspiration from successful and motivated people, organisations, other businesses together with strong ties to the local community.
