Step One: Choose your home

The fun step! At each estate, Allam Property Group has many display homes for prospective buyers to explore. With multiple designs on offer, buyers will be spoilt for choice. Choose a new ready built home from either one that is finished or under construction - or even one that is still on the drawing board. Simply pay a $1,000 reservation fee. Any questions? Step Two: Pay your deposit

The choice is made and now it’s time for the specifics. Review the contract and specification and pay the remainder of the deposit less the $1,000 reservation fee.

Step Three: Settle and move in

When your home is completed, the Allam building supervisors will proudly conduct the final inspection with you and explain how everything works. You’ll receive the keys to your dream Allam home, and then all you have to do, is turn the key!
