Monterey Clubhouse awarded 2023 Master Builders Association Newcastle Excellence in Building Award

We’re proud to announce that our construction partner, North Construction & Building, was awarded a 2023 Master Builder Association Newcastle Building Award, for their development of our Monterey Camden Haven Clubhouse and facilities.

Celebrating Building Excellence in the Hunter, Central Coast, Manning Great Lakes, Oxley and Tamworth regions, the Awards showcase local craftsmanship, expertise and excellence that contributes to a vibrant regional building industry.

Launched this year in July, the Clubhouse is the centrepiece of the Monterey estate and has already become a hub for recreation and socialising. The indoor facilities include everything from a cinema, craft room, and games room to health and wellness amenities with a lounge, gym, library, hair salon and health consulting services.

Extending outdoors, the covered area adjacent to the clubhouse provides a charming setting for residents to come together, with a swimming pool, tennis court, and a bowling green for friendly competitions.

With exceptional finishes and high-quality features, the premium facility serves as the heart of our community, bringing residents together helping to create a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for our residents and foster strong community connections.
