The Success of Mortgage Free

Allam Property Group have had a successful marketing campaign with our Mortgage Free promotion, where we assisted our customers in securing their dream home to help with continuing inflation pressures.

The promotion, now finished, ran between 13 March and 31 May 2023 and gave home buyers cash in hand for their first year of mortgage repayments when purchasing a new Allam ready-built home in our estates across Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter Valley, and Illawarra.

The cost-of-living crisis is having a significant impact on Australians across the country, with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) announcing another cash-rate increase to 3.85% in May. The Australian Bureau of Statistics has also revealed over the twelve months to the March 2023 quarter, the Consumer Price Index rose seven percent, significantly impacting the price of medical and hospital services, tertiary education, gas, and other household fuels, and domestic holiday travel and accommodation.
